The suite was spacious and had two queen beds, perfect for our family. I loved the overall cleanliness, which made us feel comfortable immediately. Staff welcomed us warmly, adding a personal touch to our stay. However, the cleaning policy was surprising. Only one full cleaning every 14 days unless you paid an extra fee was not communicated at check-in. We had to deal with dust accumulating after a week, and I wished for more frequent towel changes. Noise from closing doors could be heard throughout the night and the lack of soundproofing between rooms allowed us to hear conversations next door, which disrupted our peace. A bit of attention to these details could make a big difference.

The stay was enjoyable due to the exceptionally friendly staff and the hotel's proximity to great nearby shopping and parks, making it perfect for urban strolls and leisurely visits to local landmarks. plus, I loved how I could easily walk to Stonebriar Centre, just about 2 km away, for some retail therapy and dining options after my daily explorations.
